ICC announce their first ever FTP, in 1909
It all started with a letter from Abe Bailey, suggesting an “Imperial Cricket Board”. England, Australia, and South Africa met at Lord’s on June 15, 1909, and ICC was formed. Another meeting was held on July 20, when additional rules and the first FTP were drawn up.
