IPL 2012: Rave party organiser arrested by police
Vishay Handa, director of a city-based hotel where a rave party was held on Sunday night at which two Indian Premier League (IPL) players were present, was on Monday arrested under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
