On the second matchday of the ICC Women’s World T20 Qualifier, Bangladesh beat the Netherlands to increase their lead atop Group A. The situation is similar in Group B where Ireland put together another comprehensive performance against Scotland to snatch first place from them.

The tournament will feature Netherlands, Scotland, UAE, Uganda, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, Bangladesh, and Ireland. The top two teams will play the World T20 in November.
