England skipper Alastair Cook addressed the media ahead of the two-match Test series against New Zealand starting on Thursday.

 Though the previous three encounters in New Zealand ended in a 0-0 stalemate, the Kiwis have already given a wake-up call to Alastair Cook’s team.

The task for England at the home conditions will be to deal with the pressure they have created around themselves with an eye on Ashes in July. While two Test matches aren’t a safe parameter to draw a list of conclusions yet England will try to display good show before the Ashes.

Tim Bresnan and Graeme Swann return to the England squad after recovering from their respective elbow injuries.
