Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) President, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi congratulated Sachin Tendulkar for winning the Bharat Ratna award.
Sachin was awarded India’s highest civilian award by Indian President Pranab Mukherjee.
Naqvi apart from hailing Sachin’s achievements also personally congratulated the batting genius.
Naqvi said that Sachin winning the award was also a great honor for the entire country and hoped that it would inspire the coming generation of youngsters.
Naqvi also said that the fact of Sachin being the first Indian sportsperson to win the award made it even more special.
Naqvi concluded that Sachin had created history by his achievements both on and off the field and was very happy about it.
