Haddin priased Steve Smith and Nic Maddison for their centuries. He said that Smith has showed great maturity for his knock while Maddison took the opportunity thrown at him.

He also spoke about ending on a good note and hoped to see his side get a win in their last game.

Meanwhile, in the ICC Champions Trophy 2013, Australia crashed out after conceding a 20-run defeat to Sri Lanka. Stand-in skipper George Bailey spoke of the few positives and that the team was hopeful of  a semi-final spot but failed to apply themselves at crucial times.
