The incident quite happened in 2005 during the Natwest ODI series. Lee bowled a full length delivery above the shoulder height, straight on to his face. However, Trescothick was smart enough to dive backwards, out of the way of the delivery and fall back, avoiding a possible serious injury. Trescothick seemed to be furious, but Lee immediately apologised to him and was instantly warned by the umpire along with a no ball. Lee also followed the next delivery with a wide ball.
