The stand in Captain who did magic with the ball against Chargers is confident of qualifying for the playoffs. “If Mandeep (Singh) keeps playing well and (Parvinder) Awana keeps playing well and others, we will have the chance,” he said.

Punjab who started this season with a few loses turned things around under their stand-in skipper David Hussey who has led the team from the front to bring them back in contention for the playoffs.
