Lewis Gregory and Jamie Overton, in this video, speak about their chances to get to the England Performance Programme (EPP) and the possibilities it offers. The players are teammates in English County side, Somerset and are keen to get on board the EPP.

The EPP is aimed at identifying talent from across England and to groom them to eventually play for the England main team. Gregory is primarily a bowler and has an impressive average of about 27 in First-Class Cricket.

The 20-year old Overton is an emerging talent and has made a mark with his performances in junior level cricket. He generates a lot of bounce by virtue of his height.
