Australia captain George Bailey thinks the seven-match One-Day International (ODI) series against India, which they lost by a margin of 3-2, has been extraordinary.

In reply, the Australians, reeling at 211 for eight in the 31st over, waged a magnificent fightback with James Faulkner scoring 116 (73b, 11×4, 6×6) and taking the visitors agonizingly close to a dream win with a 115-run stand for the ninth wicket with Clint McKay (18) before both departed within a delivery of each other as they were all out for 326 in the 46th over.
