New South Wales batsman Moises Henriques was delighted with his team’s Sheffield Shield win and  described the win as a dream come true. Henriques said that the team had worked really hard for the win and that there were no hollow feelings as NSW had dominated throughout the shield.

The Portugal-born middle order batsman credited the likes of Steven Smith, who had been instrumental in the victory. ” I want to fill my role as a bowler”, stated Henriques when asked about breaking important partnerships with his medium-pace. He concluded by saying that it doesn’t get any better than this and that his team would like to defend the trophy next season.
