The Indian team had a hilarious moment on field while a player lay injured and the whole team laughed at him. It sounds weird, but it did happen as the injury seemed to be hilarious and the manner in which it occurred was really funny. VIDEO: MS Dhoni in Dhanush’s Maari official trailer
It happened back in 2003 during New Zealand‘s tour of India, in the 2nd Test at Mohali, when Mark Richardson went for a sweep off Anil Kumble, but pulled a muscle cramp on his left hamstring and fell flat on the pitch as he made a weird sound. The ball was swept towards fine leg that could have well been counted for a couple. However, it ended up being a dot owing to the cramp and not just the whole Indian team, the umpires along with the New Zealand players and the crowd too laughed at the incident.
