The Ashes 2015: Trevor Bayliss chats about new job as England coach

The basic aim towards the creation of a successful England, their coach Trevor Bayliss outlined, was creating a good environment around the team. Bayliss was speaking to England Cricket Board (ECB) about his first few weeks in the job after having been appointed to replace the sacked Peter Moores. Bayliss spoke about what got him interested in the role, the value of Adil Rashid in the England squad, the training camp in Spain, prospective partnership with Paul Farbrace, and more. The first Ashes Test begins July 8 in Cardiff.
