Pakistan may not agree with their One-Day International (ODI) ranking of No.9 but the World’s No.1 Test side have serious concerns playing this format. England have won the first two ODIs of the ongoing series and another win at Trent Bridge will ensure that Eoin Morgan’s men have pocket another trophy. Honestly, the results in the first two games were not a surprise.
However, Pakistan have positives to take from the outings. In the Lord’s ODI, Sarfraz Ahmed became the first Pakistani batsman to register a hundred at Lord’s. His innings came under difficult circumstances but England saw through, thanks to another Joe Root classic.
