India vs England, 1st Test: England fans chant ‘Where is your Kohli gone’ after Edgbaston win
While, the chants and the singing is in good humour, that doesn’t take away from the fact that Kohli had England under the pump during the Edgbaston Test.
Indian captain Virat Kohli, after the loss at Edgbaston, has hinted that the India didn’t play to their potential, but despite that, managed to stay close in the game. While England did register a 31-run win, India, especially, Kohli ran England close in the series opener.
Kohli was by far the best player for India, and probably the match, scoring 200 runs in two innings – making his effort the second best by an Indian captain in England. But, try telling that these the jubilant fans below:
