The Rio Olympics 2016 kick started on Saturday after a high-voltage opening ceremony as the athletes will now compete to bring glory to their nation. An Olympic medal is very prestigious and every athlete’s dream. Olympics is considered as world’s leading international sporting event and winning a medal here brings pride to the nation. In the last few editions, India have done reasonably well at the Olympics and have made progress in different field. This time India’s largest ever contingent is taking part at the Rio Olympics and there are chances that the country could exceed their medal tally from the London Games.
India’s cricket fraternity on this occasion encouraged the Indian contingent for the mega event and motivated them through their inspirational tweets.
