Pakistan’s second biggest victory in ICC World T20 and 15 other statistical highlights from Pakistan and Bangladesh match at Kolkata

The second match of Super 10 stage of ICC World T20 2016 was played between Pakistan and Bangladesh at Eden Gardens of Kolkata. Batting first, Pakistan posted 201 runs with Ahmed Shehzad and Mohammad Hafeez scoring half centuries and the innings received an apt ending with skipper Shahid Afridi smashing a 19-ball 49. In return, Bangladesh never looked comfortable against the bowling attack comprising of Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Irfan and Shahid Afridi. In the end, Bangladesh lost the match by 55 runs. 1.  Ahmed Shehzad and Mohammad Hafeez put up 95 for the second wicket. It is the best partnership by a Pakistan pair in World T20 and third overall in this format of the game.
