With the ninth edition of Indian Premier League, many new players have joined this tournament and one of them is Shivil Kaushik from Karnataka. Kaushik made his IPL debut in match 25 of the tournament for Gujarat Lions against Rising Pune Supergiants. The only reason Kaushik made headlines with his debut is his uncanny bowling action, which is very similar to former South African cricketer Paul Adams.
Adams was a right-arm bowler but Kaushik is a left-arm bowler and a chinaman spinner. His uncanny action has led twitterati to react very hilariously, especially after he almost got the wicker of RPS opening batsman Ajinkya Rahane but that was a no-ball, overstepped by him and was hit for a six in his next delivery, which was a free-hit. We presents some of the most funny tweets from the social zone about this young debutant.

Kaushiks action is influenced by Adams but somehow I fear his neck will crack up on delivery. Too scary an action #IPL #RPSvGL — Aashish Trivedi (@InaayateMoutjza) April 29, 2016

You work so hard to get to the IPL. You work so hard to make the team. You take a wicket…but it’s a no-ball! — Alt Cricket (@AltCricket) April 29, 2016

Parental Advice : “Don’t try Shivil Kaushik’s action at home, school or anywhere. You may end up twisting every part of your body.” #RPSvGL — Sαntonu Bhαttαchαryα (@iamsantonu03) April 29, 2016
If Baba Ramdev was a bowler, he would definitely bowl like Shivil Kaushik. #RPSvGL #GL #eit20 #VIVOIPL #GameMaariChhe
