Pakistan has always been known for producing quality fast bowlers. Time and again, the terror-torn country has thrown some breathtakingly fast bowlers who have written their name in the record books of cricket. Right from Sarfaraz Nawaz, Imran Khan, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis to Shoaib Akhtar and more recently, Mohammad Amir; the tradition has continued.
And now, meet the young prodigy; a seven-year old boy who is making news in Pakistan’s cricket circles for his clean action and raw talent. The boy is named Ehsan Ullah and has got an impressive action at this young age. Recently, Pakistan’s women’s team’s captain Sana Mir tweeted the video of young Ehsan from her official Twitter account with the caption reading: “#RawTalent of #Pakistan, Ehsan Ullah ,who is just 7 years old, possessing an impressive bowling action.Great talent”.

The tweet was promptly re-tweeted by Pakistan’s wicket-keeper batsman Kamran Akmal, giving ample proof of boy’s talent. At seven, Ehsan is pretty young to learn the nuances of the game. However, if nurtured well, he could go on to play for Pakistan. Hope the young boy stays away from the media spotlight and all the undue pressures for now and simply concentrate on making a career in cricket.
