Halar Heroes will aim for their second straight win when they take on Gohilwad Gladiators in match 3 of the Saurashtra Premier League 2019 on Thursday.
In the tournament opener, HH defeated Kutch Warriors at the Saurashtra Cricket Stadium in Rajkot by 24 runs to take two points on Tuesday. While the Aarpit Vasavada-led HH play in their second match, for GG it will be their first match of the season. They are captained by Kamlesh Makvana and will hope to start their campaign with a victory.
On the other hand, HH will hope to climb up to the top spot in the points table in which they are currently at second position behind Sorath Lions who are sitting at the top on the basis of a better net-run rate. SL beat Zalawad Royals by eight wickets in their first match, league’s second, on Wednesday.
