Finn was part of three Tests out of four in the recently concluded Test series against Pakistan. All-rounder Ben Stokes took his place for the second Test at Old Trafford. Finn did not have much of an impact in England’s 75-run loss in the first Test at Lord’s and was hence sacked for the second Test to make way for Stokes. After Stokes could not finish the entire game at Edgbaston, Finn took his place back for the next couple of Tests. Finn will hope hat his long lay off does not impact his form and is back in the England team soon.
