India off-spin bowler Harbhajan Singh on Monday was in no mood to tolerate any nonsense as he posted a couple of tweets relating to an image that had a police officer beating a woman beggar on the road. Harbhajan tweeted on twitter saying – “Sir @narendramodi this kind of nonsense should not b tolerate.Police is to protect an help not to hit our own people”. The turbanator was so infuriated with what he saw in the picture that he tagged the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Twitter. He although didn’t stop there. Bhajji then tweeted – “Heartbreaking to see such images..cops hitting a mother..is this image we wanna show about our country ?? #shame.” LIVE CRICKET SCORECARD: Kings XI Punjab vs Gujarat Lions, Live Score, 3rd T20 Match, IPL 2016

Meanwhile, fans and other people were angry with Bhajji as he had involved the country’s Prime Minister into the matter. It didn’t went down too well for Bhajji as he got involved with a number of people who had different views about the matter. The image of a cop hitting a mother with a lathi certainly made Harbhajan an angry man and maybe therefore he wanted the Prime minister to look into the matter. He is an active twitter user and so is Narendra Modi. It would be interesting to see, if the matter is taken by Narendra Modi or not.
Harbhajan is currently training with the Mumbai Indians squad for the Indian Premier League Season 9. Mumbai Indians lost their first match of this IPL season by 9 wickets to Rising Pune Supergiants and will be looking to bounce back in their next match.
