England reached a score of 25 runs for the loss of two wickets as Ravi Rampaul struck twice for West Indies in the Super Eights clash on Thursday.

 

Rampaul dismissed opener Craig Kieswetter and Luke Wright in back-to-back deliveries in the first over.

 

England are chasing a challenging total of 180 runs.

 

Earlier West Indies has reached a score of 179 runs for the loss of five wickets.

 

Chris Gayle gave a blistering start to the West Indies innings as Darren Sammy earlier opted to bat first.

 

 

The West Indies have yet to win a match, having come off worst against Australia in their Group B opener but recorded a superior run rate to Ireland’s.
