India tour of Sri Lanka 2015: BCCI announce Test squad

The national selector Sandeep Patil mentioned that Karn Sharma and Mohammad Shami are still unfit, hence have missed out from being included.

The Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) announced the Test squad for the India’s tour of Sri Lanka on Thursday. The names that automatically are included in the squad are the Indian skipper Virat Kohli, openers Murali Vijay and Shikhar Dhawan, Ajinkya Rahane and Ravichandran Ashwin. As far as the Indian cricket team coach was concerned, BCCI Secretary Anurag Thakur said the Ravi Shastri will continue as team director till the time advisory committee comes up with a candidate.
