Ravindra Jadeja struck with his first ball of the innings as he trapped Rahmat Shah. That wasn’t enough as he then dismissed Noor Ali Zadran off the third ball of the over. Afghanistan are 55 for three in 13 overs.

Earlier, Noor Ali had started off very well and had played some handsome strokes. To break the momentum of the innings, Virat Kohli introduced the spinners. Amit Mishra bowled the 12th over and then Jadeja came in for the 13th over and then struck immediately with two wickets.
