India will take on Australia in the third Twenty20 International (T20I) of the series at the picturesque Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). India will definitely have the upper hand in terms of confidence given they have already won the series with comfortable wins in the first couple of games. They have bounced back phenomenally after their 4-1 drubbing in the 50-over leg of the tournament. A lot of the pain from that beating will be alleviated if they can whitewash their hosts in the T20Is. FULL SCORECARD: India vs Australia, 3rd T20I at Sydney
Australia’s chances will be further hurt by the absence of skipper Aaron Finch who has produced fine knocks in both the games. Usman Khawaja will have to prove his mettle in the limited-overs game on call up. Shane Watson will lead the Australians in absence of the likes of Steven Smith and Finch.
For India Virat Kohli has been in amazing form with the bat. He has gone big in both innings and will look to repeat the feats in the concluding game of the series. India’s spinners have also done a fantastic job in the T20I series and will look to close the series on a similar note. LIVE UPDATES: India vs Australia, 3rd T20I at Sydney
