India look to continue their unbeaten streak as they take on Sri Lanka in the ongoing ICC Women’s World Cup 2017 at Derby. India have won all their games so far and are just few steps away from claiming a spot in the semi-final. This clash will be available on Hotstar, while the live telecast of the match will be available on Star Sports 1 and Star Sports 1 HD. In Sri Lanka, the match would be shown on Channel Eye while the streaming will be available on www.channeleye.lk. Sri Lanka have looked below-par this tournament with one or two star performers in the side. However, Inoka Ranaweera hopes to finish on a high note in England.

If there’s anything called momentum in cricket, it is with the Indian team at the moment. India would not want to do away with the rhythm they are moving in – defeating Sri Lanka and West Indies at home, thrashing South Africa in World Cup Qualifiers and quadrangular series. India had a dream start to the tournament by routing England by 35 runs. They trounced West Indies by 7 wickets and lastly snatched the victory from Pakistan for a convincing win by 95 runs. India are standing tall in the points table with 6 points.

Sri Lanka, on the other hand, are yet to taste victory. They lost the tournament opener against New Zealand by 9 wickets followed by crushing loss to Australia by 8 wickets and disappointing defeat against England by 7 wickets. Apart from Chamari Atapattu’s record-breaking century, nothing has gone the right way for Sri Lanka.

The only batter with 200-plus runs in the competition, Atapattu would be looking to make a contribution to the team’s winning cause.
