IPL 2019 points table, Orange Cap and Purple Cap holders: Updated after SRH beat KXIP

A 45-run win for Sunrisers Hyderabad over Kings XI Punjab on Monday has kept them at fourth place on the IPL 2019 points table.

Spurred on David Warner‘s 81 in his last game of the IPL season, SRH gained two points on the leaderboard to move beyond KXIP, Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals.

KXIP remain at sixth after losing their sixth away match.

On the Orange Cap table for most runs in IPL 2019, Warner has taken his season tally to 692 runs from 12 innings at an average of 69.20. Warner’s 81 was his ninth 50-plus score of the season. He leaves the IPL as the leading run-getter, 172 ahead of KL Rahul at second place.

Rahul overtook KKR allrounder Andre Russell to move to second behind Warner after he scored 79 in KXIP’s loss to SRH.

On the Purple Cap table for most wickets in IPL 2019, Delhi’s strike bowler Kagiso Rabada remains on top with 25. KXIP’s Mohammed Shami has moved to joint third.
