After Rohit Sharma, former English cricketer Kevin Pietersen on Thursday had an Instagram Live chat session with India captain Virat Kohli. But it was Kohli’s better half, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, who stole the show when she commented ‘chalo, chalo its dinner time’ during their chat.
In a bid to cheekily roast Kohli, the Englishman later posted a screenshot of Anushka Sharma’s comment on Instagram and wrote: “When the BOSS said time was up, time was up! @anushkasharma @virat.kohli Hope you all enjoyed that? Just two dudes hanging out.”
Meanwhile, during the interview, Kohli spoke about how India is countering the coronavirus pandemic and on his role during MS Dhoni’s captaincy and why RCB has not been able to lift a single IPL crown despite making it to three finals.
Kohli on Anushka Sharma: “We have never been at one place for so long. It’s bizarre. It’s not a good thing to single out something like this as an opportunity to spend together. But it’s what it is. We are being cautious and staying positive. If not for this, I’d be hanging out with you at Chinnaswamy stadium.”
