KL Rahul‘s maiden Test ton on Day Three of the fourth Test between India and Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) has erned him a lot of praise and it also added his name in the Honours Board of the SCG. Wonderful start of his career by the talented right-handed batsman from Karnataka.

Rahul is playing his second Test of his career, and he was sent to open the the batting. He had two big partnerships, first with No. 3 Rohit Sharma — who was dismissed for 53 — and later with Virat Kohli, who had gone past fifty as well. Kohli was dropped on 59 by Steven Smith, who dropped his second catch of the innings. Rahul continued to look steady at the other end, leaving the ball well and presenting the full face of the bat whenever he could.

CONGRATULATIONS #KLRahul His name was added to the Test Centuries Honour Board in the Away Dressing Room last night. An SCG tradition. #AUSvIND #loveourscg
