The match has been abandoned due to incessant rain. This is not the desired start to the tournament as the opening game has been called off. The second game of the tournament is also scheduled to be played at the same venue and hopefully the outfield is sufficient enough to host a game.

The drizzling is still on for almost an hour now, as the wait continues, while the overs too would start reducing from hereon.
