Rest of India’s scoreboard read only 55 at that moment. Shardul Thakur bowled a delivery which was moving away from Fazal. The batter still tried to make contact with the ball but ended up edging the ball back to the wicketkeeper Aditya Tare. OUT! Faiz Fazal c Aditya Tare b Shardul Thakur 28(62)

It will not be an easy going for Rest of India. They are still trailing by a hefty margin and will have to bat exceedingly well to come any closer to Mumbai’s first innings total. Mumbai have some good bowlers in their ranks like Shardul, Abhishek Nayar, Balwinder Sandhu and Dhawal Kulkarni. Rest of India have done the hard work by doing their best to take the sheen out of the new ball. Ideally they will hope to squeeze out a few more overs today before they start to play their natural game. Sudip Chatterjee, Karun Nair and Stuart Binny are next in the batting order if Rest of India lose another wicket. It will be interesting to witness the approach that Rest of India batsmen will adopt on the third day of the match.
