Good Evening, شام بخیر! Hello and Welcome to CricketCountry’s live blog session of the Match 11 of the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2017, between Quetta Gladiators and Lahore Qalandars at the Sharjah Cricket Association Stadium on Saturday. I am Paulami Chakraborty, and I will be bringing to you the live updates from this tie for the evening. Both the teams are having a fair tournament as of now, and are almost on the same stage. Quetta are currently placed in the second spot of the table with five points from four games, while Lahore are placed in the third spot with four points from the same amount of games. Both the teams would aim for a win here to stand a chance to go atop the table. PSL 2017: Points table & team standings
On Friday night, the Pakistan Super League’s (PSL) 2017 exciting clash between the table-toppers Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators was called off with a point shared between the teams due to rain. This does not affect the points table in anyway so Quetta’s hope to claim the No. 1 spot in the table is dashed out as well. The rain loomed over the desert with the overs and target continuing to be reduced. Put to bat first, Zalmi’s on and off 16-overs innings due to rains ended on a high note with target of 118 set against Quetta. Tamim Iqbal’s blistering unbeaten knock of 46-ball 62 steered Zalmi to 117. PSL 2017: Karachi Mayor urges PCB to hold final in the city
