Hello and welcome to CricketCountry’s live coverage of Day Three of the Ranji Trophy 2015-16 Group B game between Punjab and Railways at Mohali. Punjab, who played a mammoth innings of 604 have struck back impressively with the ball as they bowled out Railways for 196 in the first innings, thus enforcing a follow-on, while Railways are 125 for the loss of five even after follow-on and are staring at a possible defeat, owing to a poor show with the bat by the Punjab batsmen. Brainder Sran‘s six-wicket haul in the first innings and Varun Khanna’s five wicket in the second innings so far have been lethal for the Punjab batsmen so far.
Railways lost all their 10 wickets in a space of 46 runs after a 150-run opening stand asPunjab look set for an innings victory in their opening Ranji Trophy 2015-16 match at the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) Stadium in Mohali on Saturday. But Brainder Sran (6 for 61) and Siddharth Kaul (4 for 53) used reverse swing to good effect as Railways were bundled out for 196 adding just 46 runs more to their opening stand.
