TOSS: South Africa elect to bat first. Huge news, as AB de Villiers misses out.

South Africa: Hashim Amla, Quinton de Kock(wk), Faf du Plessis(c), JP Duminy, David Miller, Rilee Rossouw, David Wiese, Kyle Abbott, Kagiso Rabada, Imran Tahir, Dale Steyn

Australia: Shane Watson, Usman Khawaja, David Warner, Steven Smith(c), Glenn Maxwell, Mitchell Marsh, James Faulkner, Peter Nevill(wk), Nathan Coulter-Nile, John Hastings, Adam Zampa

Both matches so far have seen successful run-chases. David Miller played a terrific innings in the first match, rescuing South Africa from a precarious position. In the second T20I David Warner and Glenn Maxwell scored scorching fifties to usurp the South African total. Faf du Plessis has been in excellent form in the series, scoring 40 and 79 in the series so far. He has led South Africa well, but will want to ensure South Africa do not repeat the same mistakes they made in the tense final moments of the second T20I.

Australia meanwhile will want to end the series on a high. Steven Smith has yet to prove himself in T20Is, and continues to hinder Australia rather than help. The decision to try out Aaron Finch, Shane Watson, and Usman Khawaja as openers has not quite come off yet, though Warner batting in the middle order has been a good idea. Australia have a good batting line-up but it seems like all the batsmen do not know their roles in the side as yet.
