After winning their first warm-up match against England on Tuesday, West Indies take on World No 1 Twenty20 (T20) side Sri Lanka in ICC World T20 2014 warm-up match at Dhaka on Wednesday.
Chris Gayle, Dwayne Smith fired up the West Indies innings, while chasing a modest target of 132. Well inside the 17th over of the match, Gayle finished it up for the West Indies.
Krishmar Santokie and Sheldon Cottrell performed with the bowling and was well supported by Samuel Badree.
On the other hand, Sri Lanka pipped India to win their first warm-up match by five runs. Riding high on the Lasith Malinga’s four-wicket haul, Sri Lanka won a close tie on Monday.
Mahela Jayawardene, who is playing his last T20 international tournament, top-scored for Sri Lanka.
