The Titans will be aiming to win their first match despite missing out AB de Villiers due to injury in their first Group A match against Perth Scorchers at Centurion on Saturday of Champions League Twenty20 2012.
All eyes will be on Martin van Jaarsveld, the team’s skipper, as Titans will be banking on the skipper’s experience. Also Farhaan Behardien needs to elevate himself from his poor performance in ICC World T20 and prove why he is worth being in the playing XI.
For the Perth Scorchers, Brad Hogg, Mitchell Marsh and Shaun Marsh, will be the star players.
The main strength for the Perth Scorchers’ will be their bowling. with the experience of Michael Beer and Brad Hogg in the side, they have an upper hand over the Titans.
