Sri Lanka would look to trounce England once again at the third ODI of the seven-match series at Hambantota and go 3-0 up in the series, putting themselves completely in control and in the driver’s seat. England however would be looking for a better show as compared to the previous three games and would look to bounce back on Wednesday. Sri Lanka have been dominating in the series so far, and will look to continue making merry against a sub-par England side.
The Lankans have been in dominant form in the series far, not giving England any room to breathe in the two games. It has been a great turnaround for the hosts, who were handed a 0-5 series defeat a by India before this series. For England, the most disappointing part of the tour so far has been the lack of consistency shown by the bowling department, reflecting in the way the hosts have milked them for runs.
