Mitchell Johnson has tweeted a clarification to the commentators of the opening game of the Zimbabwe Triangular Series between Australia and Zimbabwe at Harare after he smashed the glass panel of the commentary box with a straight six.
The 32 year-old pacer posted on his Twitter account late on Monday night after Australia defeated Zimbabwe by a mammoth margin of 198 runs. “Didn’t mean to give you guys a scare up there in the Com box @SuperSportTV Need Chris Gayles arms to get it higher!!” reads his latest tweet at the time.

Australia posted a huge total of 350 for the loss of six wickets courtesy a blistering 46-ball knock of 93 by middle-order batsman Glenn Maxwell. Mitchell Marsh and Aaron Finch too played valuable knocks, scoring 89 and 67 runs respectively. Hosts Zimbabwe in reply lost their first wicket with just a run on the board. Sikandar Raza and Hamilton Masakadza a brief fight-back with a 63-run second wicket-stand. That however, was the only bright spot in the Zimbabwean innings as the visitors kept taking wickets at regular intervals to dismiss them for a lowly 152.
