Pakistan opener, Mohammad Hafeez, scored his eighth century in Test cricket, against Bangladesh, in the first Test of the two-match Test series, at Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna on Wednesday. His ton came off 123 deliveries including eight boundaries and couple of sixes, along with a strike-rate of 82.11. Following Bangladesh’s innings, it was Pakistan’s turn as the openers, in the form of Mohammad Hafeez and Sami Aslam walked out and batted good as they put-up the opening 50-run stand. However, just after the landmark was reached, it was the first breakthrough for Bangladesh as Aslam was dismissed for 20 by leg-spinner, Taijul Islam after being given caught behind off the DRS.
