MS Dhoni possibly took job as India Cements vice-president by error of judgement, says Harish Salve

Harish Salve, petitioner’s lawyer Harish of Cricket Association of Bihar (CAB)’s, on Thursday took to Twitter to state that the Indian captain may have taken up the position of Vice-President in India Cements as an error of judgement and later on covered up for BCCI chief N Srinivasan‘s son-in-law Gurunath Meiyappan in front of Justice Mudgal Committee Panel .

 

He tweeted, “I can’t believe that capt of CSK didn’t know M’s role. (sic).”

 

 

 

 

 

Salve is the son of late NKP Salve, who was an eminent Chartered Accountant practicing in Nagpur, after whom the Indian domestic Challenger Trophy is named. Late NKP Salve was BCCI President and was influential for bringing World Cup to the Indian sub-continent in 1987.

 

 

The Supreme Court on Thursday put forward three proposed orders for BCCI for cleaning up spot-fixing in Indian cricket. Supreme Court proposed that Srinivasan steps down and some experienced cricketer of Sunil Gavaskar, that Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals be banned from participating in IPL 7 and that no India Cements employee must not be part of India Cements.
