Mumbai Indians opened the batting with Lendl Simmons and Michael Hussey. They got off to a steady start scoring 11 runs in two overs against Lahore Lions in the second qualifier match of the Champions League T20 (CLT20) 2014 at Raipur on Saturday.
Lahore Lions had won the toss and elected to bowl. Imran Ali opened the bowling for Lahore and started off poorly straying down on the leg-side and conceded four leg-byes. Imran added one more to Mumbai’s kitty by bowling a wide. However, he pulled things back giving away five in the remaining five deliveries.
Aizaz Cheema bowled a tidy second over conceding only three runs.
