Murali Vijay, Shikhar Dhawan achieve career-best rankings in Tests
Vijay has climbed to the 20th spot in the batsman's table.

However, despite the team slipping, the players seem to have the other way as they continue to rise above the table. Opening batsmen, Murali Vijay and Shikhar Dhawan seem to have done brilliantly as they don't just move up in the rankings, but also achieve their career-best ranking so far. Vijay has climbed to the 20th spot in the batsman's table, while Dhawan reaches 45th spot in the same table, jumping 15 places above.
