Former South Africa left-arm spinner Paul Harris has now dropped Virat Kohli’s name in the ongoing Steven Smith-Kagiso Rabada spat debate. ICC’s harsh punishment on Rabada has seen a lot of opinions and counter-opinions come out in public. Harris in his tweet said that Kohli acted as a clown during India’s recent tour of South Africa and ICC did not reprimand him for his on-field actions. He also suggested that ICC has deliberately targeted Rabada and South Africa.

Kohli had lead India to ODI and T20I series wins in South Africa. Rabada was charged with a level two offence for “inappropriate and deliberate” body contact with Smith during the second Test.
