Sachin Tendulkar congratulated the Australian team for reaching the final of ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. He also sympathised with the Indian team after the heartbreaking 95-run loss the in Semi-Final against the the Aussies. Though he admired the fact that India had played some terrific cricket throughout the tournament.
Tendulkar used the Social Media platforms, Twitter and Facebook to convey his message. “Well played in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 Team India. A tough game today and a loss is always difficult to handle. But you have played some terrific cricket throughout and all the fans have enjoyed watching you. Congratulations to Australia for a convincing win. Steve Smith’s hundred, Finch’s support to him and a strong finish by Johnson made the difference.”
