South African cricketer Suné Luus was named the Player of the Tournament in the U-19 women’s category and Aiden Markram was the winner of the Player of the Year in the U-19 men’s category, during the Cricket South Africa Awards (CSA) 2014 on Wednesday.


South Africa pace spearhead Dale Steyn presented the award to Suné during the ceremony. Suné has played 11 One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and 18 Twenty20 Internationals for South Africa.


In the 11 ODIs, Suné has scored 22 runs at an average of 11, with the highest being 15. She has also taken three wickets in these 11 matches. On the other hand, in 18 T20Is, Suné has scored 68 runs and has grabbed six wickets for South Africa.


Suné made her ODI and T2oI debut in September 2012.
