Hosts and new franchise Gujarat Lions (GL) skipper Suresh Raina played a remarkable unbeaten knock of 53, as GL comfortably steered to a six-wicket win over visitors and former champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) to a paltry total of 124 for the loss of eight wickets, in Match 51 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2016 at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur on Thursday. He also became the leading run scorer in the tournament till date, as he also surpassed the 4,000-run mark in the tournament. GL finally registered a convincing six-wicket win over KKR in 134.3 overs.
