Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal becomes Bangladesh’s leading run-scorer for Bangladesh during Day Four of the one-off Test at Fatullah. Tamim just needed seven runs. He got to the the landmark in the second over of the match. Tamim has been one of Bangladesh’s most consistent run-scorers over the last year or so. Tamim surpassed former captain Habibul Bashar, who had scored 3026 runs in 50 matches. Tamim has taken 10 matches lesser than Bashar to surpass him.
