Often perceived as an arrogant rich brat, Siddharth Mallya draws loads of criticism — especially in the social media. But the 27-year old son of UB group chairman Vijay Mallya has now come up with a witty technique to negotiate the beamers fired at him with a series of six webisodes titled #SidSessions.
“Ignore it, laugh at it and give it back!” By his own admission, that’s how Mallya junior, the former team director of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), deals with nasty criticism in life. That’s what he does in the first episode, and does it quite boldly. After slogging a volley of crotch related slurs, he then goes on to take a witty jab at the Times of India’s (TOI) cleavage controversy focusing on his ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone.
He has surely made us all think before we again think of him as a rich daddy’s good for nothing spoilt kid.
