Australia batter Travis Head maintained his sensational form in red-ball cricket and completed his ninth century in the format in the third Test of the Border-Gavaskar series. This was Head’s third Test century against Rohit Sharma and Co. as the Indian bowlers once again had no answer to his powerful shots.
Head came out to bat with Australia having lost Marnus Labuschagne which restricted them to 75/3. The left-hander formed an incredible partnership with Steve Smith, who regained his form and also scored a well-deserved half-century.
Head on the other hand continued with his aggressive playstyle and smashed Indian bowlers all around The Gabba. The left-handed batter completed his century on the 115th delivery of his innings.
